I am leading the design and implementation of a fully tailored data governance
framework for ista SE, including criteria for ensuring data quality, consistency, and
mastering. Developed data quality measures, dashboards, and performed frequent
assessments to ensure continual progress. To improve data discoverability and usability,
we implemented a consolidated data catalogue and comprehensive metadata
management practices. Held stakeholder workshops and build training to promote data
governance best practices. Established agile data stewardship roles and promoted
organisational-wide collaboration to increase data literacy. Maturity assessments were
conducted, and practical recommendations were made to improve data governance
initiatives.
